We stayed in the Santa Clara house last October, and I'm just getting around to writing this review (sorry, Diane!). The reason I've been so busy is that we have two toddlers. They are the reason we stayed in the Santa Clara house to begin with, and let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions we've ever made! We are the reason that Diane has provided everyone with such an amazing collection of equipment for babies and toddlers. When we booked the house, she asked what kind of things might make it easier for us to stay there, knowing we had two toddlers. I made a few suggestions, and PRESTO, it was all there for us! And I see that even more items have been added since. The Santa Clara house, for me, has set a new bar in rental properties. When we travel, we compare everything to this property (and honestly, nothing has even come close to equaling it, much less topping it). Diane was absolutely amazing, always easy to contact in case we needed anything, and had lots of suggestions for us to do in the area. The house itself is absolutely immaculate, decorated so beautifully, and is safe and secure. We loved, loved, LOVED staying here, and highly recommend it to anyone with kids. The little courtyard between the house and garage was my boys' favorite place to be, and I never worried whether or not they were safe. The beds are SO comfortable, and everything truly is top of the line. No exaggerations there! Diane has spared no expense in making this house everything you could ask for, and I hope to have a reason to stay there again some day. I also want to thank her personally for the "Erin Chien baby/toddler kit". It was a life saver! Anyone who travels with kids knows how difficult it can be, and knows what kind of expense can come along with renting all of their needed equipment from baby rental facilities. With the Santa Clara property, that's simply not a concern. I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing home away from home, and most especially families!!
Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway.

I was able to extend our stay at the Madison Street Property when I learned that I was being relocated from Paris FRANCE back to Northern California. Words cannot describe how grateful we were to continue our stay. Diane and Ron are professional, seasoned experts as they go over-the-top orchestrating any and all details it takes and requires in helping a family transition smoothly from one location to the other. Moving is and can be very stressful especially when you are relocating from Europe with an infant, but I am fortunate enough to say and to share with you that that was not the case with our move. I will “highly” recommend this property to my Corporate Human Relations Relocation Department encouraging them to first and “only” consider this single family residence as their fully furnished corporate rental. I had the distinct pleasure of booking San Jose Home Service’s Madison Street Property for the Christmas and New Year’s holiday. I live in Paris FRANCE with my family. I am originally from Northern California, and I was coming to the States to spend the holidays with the rest of my immediate family. I wanted to find a home that we could all stay at that would accommodate 5 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant. Christmas 2009 was my 4 month old daughter’s First Christmas. Diane and Ron were exceptional hosts! The Jacobsens surprised and lavished my family with gorgeous festive holiday decorations throughout the inside and outside of the home. We were able to add, to the already decorated Christmas tree, my daughter’s first Christmas tree ornament. Every detail described and posted about the Madison Property on their websites is accurate and MORE! Actually, to view and stay at the property is indescribable! The location of the property is without out question…IDEAL! The home is a corner lot single family residence offering a very private homey feeling. The property is in a magnificent quiet neighborhood setting that is walking distance to and from everything. Two blocks from the home, I was able to take my daughter to a beautiful, well established children’s park. I also cannot stress enough as a parent with an infant and traveling from Europe how wonderful it was to arrive on the property, and a Corporate Infant Toddler Kit was awaiting us that had all the comforts and equipment I needed to settle in with my baby! We highly recommend this property!
