How to get started
You can choose these marketing options when you purchase your annual listing. Or, you can upgrade your listing at any time. Click Here to login to your MyCHBO account page, scroll down to the “Review Current Listing” section, and click on the Renew/Upgrade button for your listing.

The featured property appears on the right side of the home page for all to see. This program is best suited for Power Owners who list a high volume of properties. See an example |
| Sponsored property in search results | Increase the visibility and exposure of your property | $50/month or $500/year | When someone searches for housing in your city or metro area, your sponsored property appears at the very top of the list, before the search results even begin. When you purchase a sponsored listing you automatically get a highlighted listing FREE. See an example |
| Highlighted search result listing | Increase the visibility and exposure of your property | $10/month or $100/year | Call attention to your property through a highlighted listing. Power Owner Program
Renters, particularly corporate renters, tell CHBO that they are more apt to rent additional properties from owners they like. To help you leverage this trend, CHBO offers a special marketing plan for owners with five or more property listings. When you list multiple properties, each property is promoted as part of CHBO’s “Power Owner” program. All your listings have the “Power Owner” logo attached, and with one click, a potential tenant can see all of your listings on a single web page. The result? You increase the visibility of your listings and maximize your potential return.
The rates for the Power Owner Program vary by your number of property listings. An annual contract is required and payment via credit card monthly. If you are interested in becoming a power owner please contact CHBO for details.
