If you are unable to rent your property in this timeframe, CHBO will extend your annual listing an additional six months for free.

How to fulfill the guarantee

To fulfill this guarantee, simply contact us through the online form, within 30 to 60 days of your original purchase date. When you contact us, a CHBO Property Specialist will review your listing, provide recommendations (if needed) and extend your annual listing as promised. Our goal is help you increase the hits to your property and get it rented.
